JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary leadership responsibility is to create an uplifting and friendly customer experience through exceptional service by highly satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities will also include interviewing, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and coaching associates.
