Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your leadership skills and culinary knowledge will be essential in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop team members on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Oversee banquet operations, including setup, service, and cleanup
- Assist with bartending duties as needed
