Round Table Pizza At Eastern and Warm Springs is hiring for a dough roller position.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pizza Dough Roller to join our team. As a Pizza Dough Roller, you will be responsible for preparing and rolling out dough to create delicious pizzas. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where attention to detail and efficiency are key.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough by following established recipes and portion sizes
- Roll out dough using a dough sheeter to achieve desired thickness and weight
- Ensure dough is evenly rolled and roll proper amount according to par sheet
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and utensils
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

-Work independently with little supervision and be able to work early mornings

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food preparation setting is preferred
- Knowledge of pastry or baking techniques is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

We are flexible with start time in the morning as long as you can finish the job in the allotted time. We can also be flexible with the days of the week you work if you are looking for a 2nd job. We are looking for 2 part time or 1 full time to fill this position.
