Description

Throughout the course of your internship, you will learn how to:

• Aid in data clean-up of masters royalty system
• Assist the department with filing and organizing of royalty statements
• Download royalty statements from source royalty portals
• Prepare data to be imported into our royalty database
• Liaise with third party sources to obtain royalty detail for relevant payments
• General department assistance and additional projects as needed

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extreme diligence with details and data entry
• Well organized and excels at task prioritization
• A willingness to work with numbers and technology
• Must have a strong interest in a career in the music industry, with an enthusiasm for music royalties/administration

Intern Eligibility:

• Preferably an upper classman who must be currently enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program OR graduated within the past 12 months
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available at least 20 hours per week
