Round Bagels & Donuts in Wilmington, NC is looking for the right candidate to assist the head baker and FOH. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Must have a great attitude, proven reliability, team player. Experience with baking preferred. Duties include proofing, stretching, seeding and baking bagels, and other baked goods. Additional duties are prep work as required, cleaning pans, cleaning kitchen and floor, putting up stock. FOH backup help. Pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Baking experience preferred. Food business experience is required.
• Must be able to calculate numbers of bagels to bake, Knowledge of simple math - adding and subtracting
• Must be able to multi task.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Job requires standing all day.
• Must be reliable and be able to arrive at 4 a.m. on certain days and be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Pay commensurate with experience
