A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

In this vital CSR role, you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best in plumbing services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly.

And, your friendly customer service by phone and computer makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.

Through phone calls, you inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
