We are looking for an individual to lead our dispatch function at a Corporate Call Center, foster a team environment through training, process improvements, and implementation for the market, and oversee our staff of market coordinators as our DISPATCH MANAGER.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective dispatch personnel
• Monitor, measure, and improve dispatch team performance
• Complete and conduct performance reviews for dispatch personnel, and make salary recommendations to the Call Center Manager
• Determine staffing requirements and schedules for dispatch personnel
• Coordinate with branch personnel and other dispatch team members to reach and maintain minimum company and branch standards for conversion rates, void rates, and no revenue rates within the respective market
• Review dispatch procedure for improvements that will enhance dispatch efficiencies and increase sales/job counts for branches supported by call center
• Assist Call Center Manager with call center operations.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is strongly preferred
• High energy with successful track record
• Prior supervisory experience is required
• Prior dispatch and field management experience preferred
• Basic math skills necessary for calculating hours/revenues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential along with a working knowledge of various software programs
• Must pass pre-employment background/drug screen, have acceptable background/criminal history results
