Sales Specialist - Water Restoration

Salary based on sales experience. Restoration experience a PLUS!

Roto-Rooter Restoration has an amazing opportunity for our thriving water cleanup division! We are looking for an experienced Water Restoration Sales Manager!

The ideal candidate will have IICRC Certification, Water Restoration experience or construction crew management or experience working with insurance adjusters and claims.

Responsibilities include:

• Front line and first responder for our company
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
• Be the initial point of contact with insurance adjusters and liaison to property owner
• Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Fulfill sales quota
• Coordinate workforce and schedule projects
• Organize/maintain department certifications and workflow

Requirements include:

• Service-based sales experience
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee growth in the department
• Meet quarterly sales quota
• Xactimate software experience preferred
• IICRC certification preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
