These services include removing damaged building materials, removing excess water, and mold remediation and encapsulation. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

• IICRC Certifications is a plus
n
• Valid driver's license
n
• Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs for 100 feet
n
• Ability to be on call 24/7
n

A background in restoration, demolition, mold cleaning, and construction is a plus. An Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) would also be beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidate if they have industry experience.
