We are now looking for a Shift Leader to join our team!

Our Shift Leaders set the STAGE for amazing experiences and delicious food to share with our guests. You will be a part of creating the Roti VIBE and establishing Roti as a leader in hospitality.

Here’s what we’re looking for :

• Ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fast / casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• As a Shift Leader, you believe in the phrase lead by example .
• A coach and teacher, you look for ways to help the team improve and progress.
• You know that it depends on you as much as it depends on the food.
• A team player : we have each other’s back all day, every day.
• An unapologetically positive presence : you’re quick with a smile, have the energy to spare, and your enthusiasm is catching.
• Career minded / goal oriented individuals with a passion to succeed and grow.
• Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs in the restaurant.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
