What You’ll Do:
The Indoor Air Quality Specialist is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing HVAC duct systems while providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of indoor air quality and company sponsored programs.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Complete all air duct cleaning service calls by following company processes and procedures
- Clean and sanitize HVAC duct systems and dryer vents
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and service club agreements
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Conduct yourself as a professional and knowledgeable technician to win new referrals and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a van.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, summary of findings, and podium reviews
- Assist with Retrofit installations during peak seasonal weather events
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

- Wages for this position are $19 $24 per hour, plus bonus incentives.
