What You’ll Do:
The Digital Specialist has a primary focus on following up, booking, and confirming digital leads. The purpose will be to treat these leads with the same importance as a live call in. This person will perform outbound calls to book new customer leads not generated by an inbound call. The Digital Specialist is the first touch with the customer and sets the company up for success throughout our relationship. The priority for this position is to book the call, and have a positive impact on the customer. This position is responsible for providing a positive white glove concierge experience that is consistent with the service the customer will receive throughout the entire process. Overall, making the experience easy for our external customers by being pleasant, professional and by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer experience department.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Perform outbound calls to new customer leads and existing service club member customers
- Ensure new leads on the marketing lead tracker are called within 15 minutes
- Follow up on any Schedule Engine appointments ensuring customers are booked accurately
- Ensure Schedule Engine leads are called within 15 minutes
- Complete correspondence with customers hard to reach via phone call
- Monitor and confirm all bookings through Google
- Follow up on any emails from World Connect & Centratel ensuring customers are booked
- Work closely with the CER lead to make sure outbound tasks are fulfilling the needs of the 3 day call board
- Develop and deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
- Maintain and update customer accounts with complete and accurate information
Proficiency with MS Office products. Preferred 2 years’ experience in customer service with high call volume.
