Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: The operations specialist will have many different assigned roles and responsibilities. The successful applicant will possess technical knowledge in safety and have experience in maintenance, operations, or project management. Will have maintenance tracking / equipment reliability experience. Experience in compiling training / tracking and working knowledge of JHA, risk and hazard assessments, and creating work instructions relating to job tasks. Collaborates with other aspects of the business to complete assigned projects in a timely manner. Work You’ll Do: Develop / Execute training and recordkeeping for the safety of the workforce. Support/Perform project management and continuous improvement tasks. Creating / updating job instructions. Support incident investigations and tracking of action items. Monitor maintenance technicians and assist in prioritizing projects, equipment reliability and downtime. Team: Reporting to EHS & Maintenance Manager and part of the Operations and Maintenance teams Basic Qualifications: Required: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an EHS, Maintenance, or Project Management role. Intermediate Microsoft Office required.
