Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our food hall in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, strong bar and events background and a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food hall, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
4. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and products.
5. Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
7. Develop and execute marketing and event strategies to attract and retain customers.
8. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
9. Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, making recommendations for enhancements to the food hall.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a General Manager in the food industry, preferably in a food hall or restaurant establishment.
2. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for patrons.
5. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
6. Knowledge of local health, alcohol regulations and safety regulations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
9. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred but not necessary).
