About the Role: A perfect position for a detail oriented HVAC technologies enthusiast, working as a supervisor assistant to the BAS Project Manager & a part of a Service Team, performing PM’s, troubleshooting on pneumatic, electric & electronic control systems. • This is a full-time position with some OT depending on the workload

• Oncall 1 X a month, dispatched from home local travel, NO overnight

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of Development, operational delivery for various clients & construction projects throughout Northern Colorado.

• Working with Service Supervisor with oversight of contract fulfillment

• Manage territory pricing standards, Meet growth, profit and maintenance base & customer retention goals

• Onsite Controls startup, point to point checkout, troubleshooting end devices and DDC network bus, completing controller Checkout Sheets, and loading controller programs to test for system operational functionality.

• Calibration of systems requiring basic electronic test equipment Communicate with project teams and controls subcontractors to problem solve to meet customer needs

• Maintain schedule productive time, and completing commissioning & other service call related documentation

• Assist BAS PM & Team with controls for mission critical HVAC Clients

• Actively plan and work towards career advancement 

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail

• MUST have Niagara N4, AX & R2 certifications

• 5 years experience as Service Tech w/ BAS Controls

• Adhere to safety standards

• AS Degree in one of these fields - Electronics or Air Conditioning or Electrical or Mechanical or Computer Technology

• Able to climb, and move / lift 75 lbs
