• 
  Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts Department
• Train and manage staff
• Manage retail parts counter and wholesale business sales
• Keep parts department current on delivery schedule
• Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs without delay
• Establish pricing to generate profits
• Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Maintain high CSI

• 
  GM or Stellantis experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills
• Good work ethic and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
