We are looking for a few GREAT servers to provide an excellent guest experience in one of the best Italian restaurants in Daytona Beach, Fl. Good server/ bartenders will be able to serve a steady flow of tourists, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience (2 years) as a server/ bartender
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the resturant/ bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
