Restoration Technician Fort Wayne

ROSS RESTORATION is an award-winning and locally family owned company. We are seeking Experienced or Non-experienced full-time technicians with career advancement opportunities. We are seeking to hire immediately. Pay is based upon experience and certification with additional bonus paid for after hours.

Job Purpose:

• Mitigate / Restore residential and commercial buildings for water, fire and mold.

Duties:

• Provide high-quality customer service for residential and commercial clients
• Able to complete work efficiently and thoroughly using the latest technology and systems
• Flexible work-life balance, rotating on-call schedule with paid bonus for after hours work

Requirements

• Industry experience for a minimum of 2 years with WRT and / or ASD preferred
• Attention to detail, thoroughness and takes pride in work performed
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Willing to work evenings and weekends. Weekend work is required, and you must be able to be on call one week per month and during weather related events.
• A valid driver's license, a clean criminal background, and a clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly, up to 100 lbs. occasionally
