Essential Job Duties:
Observe rules governing privileged communications and confidential information.
Prepare and mail various legal documents, saving accurately in document management software.
Process incoming Will Questionnaires, saving accurately in appropriate software and noting intake files.
Outgoing calls to members following up on delivery of prepared documents.
Participate in Will signings.
Answer incoming Will Questionnaire calls, delivering quality service and creating a positive member experience.
Order and maintain supplies for department.
Adhere to firm standards of courtesy and professionalism, as well as LegalShield service standard requirements.
Secondary Job Duties:
Other duties as assigned management.
Maintain and purge file according to Firm document retention standards.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Prior work experience required, customer service experience preferred.
Good keyboard, internet and computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills/focus with demonstrated composure, ownership & professionalism.
Good telephone communication skills; listening, courtesy and professionalism.
Must be comfortable interacting with members and attorneys on a daily basis.
Ability to follow instructions and work within policies and procedures to meet/exceed deadlines.
Positive, upbeat, helpful and patient temperament.
Good prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills.
Must be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
Must live within one hour of the office in Tarrant County or contiguous counties.
One location: In office only.
