Searching for an Assistant Manager - Affordable Section 8 Eldery/Disabled Complex.
Desired candidate will have Yardi experience and extensive working knowledge of the Section 8 Program. Responsibilities will include: qualifying prospects in accordance with the Tenant Selection Plan, taking work orders, filing, timely processing of interim and annual recertifications, apartment inspections, and assisting with daily operations under the guidance of the Property Manager.
Desired candidate must be able to deal with the public in a professional and respectful manner, be dependable, and have a proven work history of success.
Leasing Agent Licensure required within 90-days of employment at Employer expense.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,500.00 - $42,500.00 per year
