We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Area Supervisor to work in our local division. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for managing the site and overseeing daily operations, as well as handling any customer issues that arise. Experience supervising employees and working with a team is a must for this position, and the ideal candidate will always display an upbeat attitude towards work. Our Area Supervisor is responsible for making sure that the site is fully stocked with materials, as well as monitoring expenses, profits and revenues through ongoing analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide direction to new hires.
• Interpret the company's philosophy and mission.
• Interpret and administer company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a calm demeanor in the face of provocation, stress, or danger.
• Deal with difficult situations such as customer complaints and arguments between employees.
• Ensure that all daily tasks are completed on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
