How will you spend your time as a Recruiter at RosmanSearch?
- Developing a substantive knowledge base regarding physician employment trends. We will definitely train you, but you will need to be interested and self-motivated (and love to read!).
- Consulting with hospitals and private practice physicians as a trusted advisor on employment structure, compensation and candidate backgrounds.
- Working with clients to learn about their vision, culture, and who will be a good fit. Develop marketing materials to attract the right candidate for each position!
- Developing a network of qualified physicians to connect with opportunities that are a great fit for their life!

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 2-3 years of executive search firm, physician recruiting or technical recruiting experience is ideal!
