Who we are: We are a Real Estate company who deal with buyers, sellers, wholesaling, listings, creative deals, and rentals. Regardless of which route is the best fit, we can do it.

Summary: We are looking for someone motivated and willing to put the work in to help source properties for both investors, and the open market, making Commission on all properties moved.

Requirements: The most important things are is Work Ethic, and willingness to learn. I can teach anyone how to do calls, contracts, and closings, but I don't know how to teach someone to have drive.

What to Expect: This is Commission based with bonus opportunities, it usually takes 30 days to get your first contract and another 30 days for it to close, so 2-3 months for your first paycheck, and as many as one a week or more after that. Each contract pays out around $4,000, so how much you make is up to how many deals and how good of deals you make - if you make 3 deals a month consistently you'll make somewhere around $12,000 a month, and the high end I've seen is 8-9 deals a month from 12 hours a day. We use both cold and hot data, and plan to dump a bunch of money into PPC adds soon as well so that will be even more leads.
