Job Overview:

As a Delivery Driver, you are a crucial member of our team, responsible for the prompt and safe delivery of our products to customers. You will represent our brand on the road and at the customer's doorstep, maintaining our reputation for speed and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver Jimmy John's products to customers.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

- Maintain timely delivery schedules.

- Provide excellent customer service at every interaction.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.

- Assist in the store with tasks such as order taking, food preparation, and cleaning when not on delivery.

- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.

- Report any vehicle maintenance concerns or incidents to management immediately.

- Work closely with the store team to ensure accurate and complete orders.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries.

- Proof of insurance and an acceptable vehicle safety inspection (if required).

- Ability to use GPS and navigation tools efficiently.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Physical ability to carry out delivery duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
