Convert telephone inquiries into reservations, while maintaining customer service excellence
Must have extensive product knowledge (including site intimacy) on all available inventories to assist with the reservation sales process
Respond timely to all inquiries, leads, and provide expert level of customer service to all our guests
Processing payments and send confirmation details to guests
Address guest and vendor issues or concerns independently or refer to appropriate Supervisor or Manager for support or direction
Remain calm and friendly under pressure while simultaneously maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor
Utilize personal and attentive skills with each guest in order to assist them in finding the perfect rental property for their needs
