Responsibilities

• Provide home care services in patients residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office, if need be
• Assist with clients' personal care activities.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Caregiver/CNA
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable Transportation
• Clean SLED Background-Done in office
• Pre-screen drug test-Done in office
• OPEN Communication is a MUST!!!
