Rosemary Greene is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Barnegat, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medical documentation systems and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to lift and move clients as required
- Familiarity with nursing home or assisted living facility protocols is a plus
- Basic cooking skills are desirable
