Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their functional abilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to address deficits in activities of daily living, fine motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to maximize independence and improve quality of life
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment sessions

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in a skilled nursing setting
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
