Job DescriptionRosedale Technical College, a nonprofit technical and trade school, has been educating students for 75 years and has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Southwestern PA by the Pittsburgh Business Times. Our focus is on the educational experience of our students along with preparing them for meaningful careers.The Non-Profit Sales Manager will cultivate, lead, and manage the college’s efforts to promote our mission to prepare students for technical and trade careers in high demand fields. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a commitment to results, and the ability to promote the outstanding student and family outcomes that will result in the continued successful growth of our college.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching, employee development, and training to all staff members and work collaboratively to establish that all staff activity is aligned with, and supportive of the organization’s culture and mission.
  • Consistently execute our processes, dig into details and inspire and motivate the team.
  • Lead the campaigns and activities of the Admissions department to drive growth and enrollment through a “student-first” collaborative team culture.
  • Develop and execute the annual recruitment plans to meet or exceed enrollment goals for overall enrollment and enrollment by program.
  • Maintain that all internal processes follow ethical practices and are compliant with all Federal, State, and accreditor standards.
  • Provide strong leadership direction and oversee the Admissions department, including operations, staff development, and employee relations.
  • Provide creative and results-based processes that communicate and promotes our mission and vision both internally and externally so that prospective students fully understand the benefits and outcomes associated with enrollment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing department to develop accurate and clear messaging to solidify brand awareness and consistency in communication across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with all other departments for the successful and streamlined enrollment processes and to safeguard prospective students are fully informed.
  • Develop compelling and creative approaches to communications with students.

  • Communication expertise including deep listening skills and the ability to connect with any audience passionately and enthusiastically in a direct and honest manner.
