We are seeking:

Behavioral Health Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients in a supportive and caring environment
• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress
• Facilitate group and individual activities that support treatment goals
• Ensure the safety and well being of all clients
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Document client progress and behavior changes accurately

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills and qualifications:

-Experience in crisis management and crisis intervention
-Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation
-Previous experience working with individuals with mental illness

Must have a clean DMV printout and a background check through lifescan
