We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our compassionate team. The LVN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring residents' health status and documenting observations accurately.
• Assisting with resident assessments and care planning.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Providing support and comfort to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid California LVN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate attitude and genuine concern for the well-being of others.
