Maintenance Director

Rose Linn Vintage Place, located in West Linn Oregon is hiring an Environmental Maintenance Director. If you enjoy doing something different every day, working with a team of caring professionals, interacting with seniors, and fixing problems, this opportunity is for you. This position would be well suited for someone with experience of facilities maintenance in a healthcare, residential or commercial setting.

Qualifications and Job Duties:

- Maintenance or repair experience of HVAC equipment.

- General diagnostic abilities for electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.

- Experience performing plumbing related repairs or replacements of faucets and toilets.

- Experience repairing, finishing, and painting drywall.

- Experience replacing light fixtures and outlets.

- Experience using powered and non-powered hand tools used in construction and maintenance related tasks.

- Knowledge of maintenance related parts and components and ability to identify them.

- The ability to work well in a team environment is a must.

- Strong communication skills and good decision-making capabilities.

- Some minor flexibility in hours and days worked.

- Comfortability interacting with other staff, residents, families, and guests.

- Experience in any of the trades is welcomed and encouraged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
