Camp Director Job Description Duties ► Attend necessary Board of Director planning meetings prior to the start of camp ► Organize and run Staff Training ► Organize camp programming ► Direct and assist camp staff in creating camp programming ► Maintain a safe, learning camp environment for staff and campers ► Oversee the daily operation of camp ► Live on-site during camp hours of operation Qualifications ► Minimum of 21 years of age ► Professional CPR & First Aid (training available) Education/Training Requirements ► Full-time experience working with and supervising children Supervisory Duties ► Camp Staff Supervised By ► Board of Directors in coordination with the Board Liaison
