Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX & Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading all the activities leading up to the release and managing the release and manage the performance testing of the application
• Own the tasks, which would include coordinating with multiple technology teams, testing teams and business partners to craft the release playbook and keep up to date documentation and submit the artifacts to meet MRA requirements
• Learn the change process followed and demonstrate a willingness to fully partner with all the parties involved, not solely manage through a standardized process and tools
• Comfortable presenting plans to various stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6 years of project/change management experience
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of client Change Standards, Policy, and Tools
• Strong, confident presentation skills
• Able to synthesize information and communicate clearly and succinctly with stakeholders
• Comfortable with fast-paced work and demanding timelines
• Strong writing skills

Desired skills:

• Release Management experience
• Experience in leading performance testing with a team
