This position provides HCM implementation project management support for multiple payroll teams. The role will establish and follow-up on actionable items from various teams both inside and outside of Payroll, including Talent (Human Resources), Technology, US and India payroll teams.

• Trusted business advisor for payroll with other departments such as Talent (Human Resources), National Benefits Group, and those managing international assignments.
• Ability to liaise with IT in development and testing of systems supporting User Acceptance Testing schedules updates and results.
• Coordinates new HCM process documentation and payroll procedures.
• Coordinates training for multiple payroll teams.
• Resourceful by navigating firm contacts throughout various groups ensuring the right people are engaged in the project plan.

Preferred Skills

You will maintain a high level of professional and ethical standards in communicating with both external and internal contacts :

• Peer review HXM test case results for documentation completeness.
• Revise required test scenario documentation.
• Assist Payroll members in responding to test case inquiries, and peer review the quality of HXM testing for timing / accuracy.
• Assist Payroll Personnel in peer review of necessary payments, transfers, departures, generating checks and direct deposit (ACH) files.
• Update process documentation and maintain Payroll procedures within Financial Services Group repository.
• Assist with Payroll transactional research and other tasks / projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment and 1 year of math calculation experience, preferably in a mid-size or large corporation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate degree preferred.
• Exposure to Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• Detail oriented person capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
• Coachable team player, easily adaptable to change.
• Analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
