Responsibilities will include :

• Assisting with the collection of grant-specific data for State / Federal audits
• Creating sub-recipient grant award statements and grant award letters
• Collecting sub-recipient quarterly and semi-annual reports
• Assist in the auditing of sub-recipient requests for reimbursement (payroll / procurement procedures)
• Reviewing sub-recipient requests for grant period of performance extensions and funding reallocations
• Assisting with drafting grant project amendments
• Drafting sub-recipient communications (close-outs / de-obligations / approvals)
• Updating tracking information related to sub-recipient documentation and reimbursements
• Compiling various documents for public record requests
• Supporting applicants throughout the grant application process.
