Job Description

Looking for a Customer Service / Admin assistant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats, from verifying customer accounts and vetting leads in Salesforce to providing administrative support to department managers.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Verify customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.
  • Utilize Salesforce (50-60% of your time) to vet leads and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide administrative support to department managers and their staff, including word processing, editing documents, and maintaining databases.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while effectively resolving customer issues.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • 1 year of experience using Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in two to three vendor software programs (experience with Salesforce programs a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with moderate to minimal supervision.
