Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team of 20 and growing, working closely with managers and team leads in Incident Management, problem-solving, and proactive work sets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project goals are understood and met, assisting with tactical tasks, setting strategic direction, and collaborating on priorities. Each day will bring new challenges from meetings to strategic planning sessions. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and grow within various teams such as Observability, SRE, and Data & Statistical Analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with all leads in the manager's organization to track project progress

- Ensure project goals are clear and milestones are achieved

- Assist the team with tactical tasks as needed

- Work with the manager to set strategic direction and priorities

- Engage in daily activities ranging from meetings to strategic planning sessions

- Aid in developing action plans and directions

- Support the manager in meeting deadlines

Skills:

- Fast typing skills with quick words per minute (wpm)

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint is a plus

- Strong collaboration abilities

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
