Custodian

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has an amazing Custodian opportunity for individuals excited and committed to lifelong learning as well as being a key member of our success.

As a member of our custodial team working Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., you will be responsible for the day-to-day function of campus. This includes keeping Institutional spaces clean, sanitized, and orderly. The operation and general maintenance of custodial related equipment and upkeep is a must. You will be an integral part of maintaining a sanitary and safe environment for all on campus, while providing exceptional customer service. Other duties may be assigned as a department or institute need arises.

Qualified candidates will hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and one to two years' work experience required. In addition to the required qualifications, preferred candidates will demonstrate attention to detail. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings that include a background check and physical ability assessment are required of the selected finalist(s).
