Rose Gold is a start-up agency emerging in Addison, Texas! We do fundraising and community education for NGOs - which means we know our stuff! Our objective is to interact with donors who are committed and involved with the movement and eager to see change in the world. We hope to spark passion within our donors to act and fight for a change and better future.
Objectives of the Fundraising Coordinator
•Promote awareness of the organization's mission and work
•Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers
•Spot new fundraising opportunities
•Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
•Form strong relationships with external stakeholders
•Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities of the Fundraising Coordinator
•Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that may be interested in gift-giving
•Effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
•Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
•Organize fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers
•Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications Required of the Fundraising Coordinator
•fundraising, sales, or marketing experience would be nice to have, though not necessary
•Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
•Ability to lead and motivate colleagues and volunteers
•Strong attention to detail
•A passion for research
•Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities
Preferred Qualifications Required of the Fundraising Coordinator
•Bachelor's degree in communications, business, public relations, or a related field
•Certificate in Fundraising, Diploma in Fundraising, or similar qualification
•Confidence with public speaking
