We are a faith-based residential, substance abuse recovery program for women.
We would love to have a peer coach in this position, but it is not a requirement to have lived recovery experience. An office coordinator with strong administrative skills and Christian faith could also be a great fit.
We have a small team and desire to use each staff member to the best of their abilities. Below is a general job description. It may be adjusted as we see your strengths and weaknesses. We want you to shine and thrive.
You will be running the shift on your own for 5 of your 8 hrs each day. We need a self-motivated leader. If you have your own recovery story and want to become a CAPRC, we will facilitate that effort.
Residential Program Duties and Responsibilities
*If you have your own recovery story, the position requires two years of sobriety.
Benefits: Meals are included while on shift. You are paid for your time during breaks and meals. We have a team environment where each staff member's voice is heard and needs are considered if adjustments need to be made.
