Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children while their families enjoy the amenities our club has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that are both fun and educational.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare area.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s experience.
• Collaborate with club staff to ensure a seamless experience for families.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures regarding childcare and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or a similar role.
• A friendly, energetic, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
