Rose Court Assisted Living and Memory Care is in search of a Full Time Wellness Director LPN. This role is a crucial role for the community and must be able to provide clerical, administrative, planning and organization skills. Must have experience with staffing and leading care staff while adhering to policy and procedures along with State Regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise wellness programs and staff, ensuring efficient operations.
- Utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Oversee nurse management and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate shift schedules and ensure proper coverage.
- Utilize medical terminology and physiology knowledge to support nursing staff.
- Advocate for residents' rights and ensure quality care.
- Utilize critical care experience in managing acute care situations.
- Collaborate with teams to provide care in assisted living, home health, and hospice care settings.
- Stay informed on Medicare guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain CPR Certification and LPN licensure.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain Food Handler Certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
