Rose Community Builders is a subsidiary entity which expands upon Jonathan Rose Companies’ mission and work by providing Construction Management and General Contracting services to the projects we serve. We work exclusively with Jonathan Rose Companies on select rehabilitation projects where we can leverage our extensive experience in project planning, preconstruction, bidding, and the construction phase to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality while ensuring prioritization of the residents’ wellbeing throughout the design and construction process.
Responsibilities:
The Superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities including but not limited to; schedule, logistics, quality, safety, and coordination of subcontractors associated with tenant in place rehabilitation projects that are undertaken by Rose Community Builders.
The pay range for this 1099 contractor position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually and is based upon factors including but not limited to related experience and time in the industry.
This project will take place at Mission Gardens located at 90 Grandview St. Santa Cruz, CA 95060.
