Essential Duties And Responsiblities
- Manage the operations team to ensure they are working efficiently and safely at all times
- Work with the management team to implement and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the plant
- Monitor inventory of all products and work within the ERP system to report production and track efficiency.
- Manage safety
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coach
- College degree or equivalent learning experience
- 5 Years Production Management experience or related field/job experience
- Experience with manufacturing software such as ERP or Shop Floor systems
- Experience with Lean processes including Kaisen, 5S and Six Sigma
