Rosano Property Mgmt has an internship opportunity in its Mid-Wilshire office to assist the tam of property managers in all operations. We are looking for diligent, outgoing college students with a desire to learn and practice property management. Ideal candidate is a professional, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This individual must possess excellent verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in social media operation and marketing. Increase the outreach of the firm.
- Assist in leasing operation & create marketing campaign for units.
- Generate standardized notice forms, e.g. 24 notice to enter, 30 day notice of rent increase, 3 day notice to pay or vacate, etc
- Trouble shoot AppFolio marketing dispersal and input missing data
- Generate SOP's (standard operating procedures) for frequent/important tasks
- Conduct competitive research (rent comps & sales comps).
- Organize and manage Sharepoint shared drive
