Reporting to the Annual Fund Director, the Annual Fund Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Annual Fund Director with fundraising and stewardship efforts for current donors between $1 and $9,999 and for acquiring and stewarding donors who give between $1 and $9,999. Under the direction of the Annual Fund Director, the Annual Fund Program Manager will initiate, plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate annual giving programs projects, with emphasis on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and schedule control. The Annual Fund Program Manager will be responsible for creating direct mail and email appeals for donor renewal and acquisition. In addition, this position will create and manage an online strategy to increase community and donor engagement. The Annual Giving Manager will lead, plan and execute the RSFH Gives! Teammate Giving Campaign and committee. This role will serve to support as the staffing needs the Fellows Program. The Annual Fund Program Manager will also be responsible for providing some administrative support to the Annual Fund Director, including meeting briefings and calendar management as needed. The position will provide RE/NXT database support including pulling giving reports, donor profiles and lists for annual fund solicitations. The Annual Fund Program Manager will assist with stewardship, coordinating personalized outreach and impact reports to annual fund donors. In addition, this position will work with the prospect management and research team to create and monitor a moves management process and program for annual fund donors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: A minimum of two years of development experience with proven success record in annual fund program planning and coordination for health systems.

Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated excellence in oral and written skills. Excellent and compelling writing skills. Ability to attend to detail and ensure accuracy of data. Understanding of and commitment to Roper St. Francis Foundation's mission. Demonstrated ability to use personal computers and various word processing and spreadsheet software applications. Effective organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Other: Ability to work independently, but also function as part of a team and contribute to the goals of the full team. May be required to attend and set-up for Roper St. Francis Foundation events outside of normal working hours.
