What we are looking for

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing team at Roots. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, Treasury Analyst will assist in a day-to-day treasury operations and work towards streamlining treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

• Download daily bank balances and review daily cash needs.
• Initiating wires, transfers, transaction inquiries, deposits, user roles, token resets, and other banking functions and maintaining proper paperwork and controls.
• Retrieving and analyzing bank statements, cash activity details, and deposit documentation.
• Interact with employees at community properties, other departments, and within accounting requiring treasury needs/information for transactions, inquiries, confirmations, ACH paperwork, bank letters, vendor forms, licensing forms, etc.
• Assist with banking paperwork needed to open accounts, change signers, or other changes.
• Engaging with multiple banking institutions to fulfill services needed to complete various items mentioned above.
• Assist with special initiatives aimed at enhancing treasury services efficiency, reducing expenses, managing W-9 forms, and addressing other operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cash analyst, treasury analyst, or other related field in a large corporate office environment.
• Intermediate level use of MS office, especially Excel.
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing and to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
• This position will require a significant amount of typing for accuracy, time-sensitive execution, and professional interaction with financial institutions and others.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
