Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for mowing, edging and blowing, with occasional landscape bed maintenance (i.e., weeding, pruning, fertilizing, and planting).
- Use power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with garden maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outdoor labor or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
