As a crew member/supervisor, you will be responsible for yourself and one to four other employees.
You must obtain or demonstrate the following:
- Must be friendly, polite, and showcase good communication skills with the clients and staff
- Must showcase attention to detail, be honest, hardworking, and punctual
- Must have at least 1 years of landscaping and/or mowing experience
- Must have a smartphone
What you can expect:
- Work in central to northside Indianapolis.
- Regular use of a truck and trailer. Know how to drive a large truck with various sizes of trailers.
- Regular operation of commercial equipment (i.e. mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaw)

- Flexible schedule, ability to ask for time off
- Up to $1000 monthly bonus
